Chris is our senior knife sharpener for Austin. He runs the Austin route every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, so the person sharpening your knives knows your kitchen.

How often will you come?
Most Austin kitchens are on every week. Smaller kitchens pick every other week.
Do you sharpen serrated knives?
Yes, serrated knives ground on one side, which covers most bread knives. We don't sharpen serrations ground on both sides. We also do chef's knives, boning knives, cleavers and slicer blades.
Do I need to be there?
For restaurants, no. We work with your kitchen manager. For at-home visits, someone needs to be home to hand off the knives.
