Common questions
How often should a restaurant sharpen its knives?
Busy kitchens dull their knives fast, so our restaurant routes run every week.
Do you sharpen serrated knives?
Yes, serrated knives ground on one side, which covers most bread knives. We don't sharpen serrations ground on both sides. We also do chef's knives, boning knives, cleavers and slicer blades.
