Gloves, trash liners, foil, film and smallwares on the same truck.
How restaurant service works
- Pick your day. Tell us where you are and we'll show you the day our truck is in your area.
- We sharpen on site. The truck parks at your back door. We sharpen, hone and clean every blade, then hand them back.
- Same day every week. Your knives stay sharp without anyone leaving the line. Add supplies to the same visit and get one invoice.

Common questions
How much does knife sharpening cost?
Drop-off is $8 per knife. At-home visits are $35 plus $8 per knife. Restaurant routes start at $45 a visit for 10 knives.
Do you come to me?
Yes. Restaurants get a weekly stop. Home cooks can book an at-home visit, and we fold you into our next route through your area, usually the following week.
Do you sharpen serrated knives?
Yes, serrated knives ground on one side, which covers most bread knives. We don't sharpen serrations ground on both sides. More on serrated knives.
Do you sharpen scissors?
Yes: kitchen shears, poultry shears and household scissors. Not barber, salon or pet-grooming shears. More on scissors.
How fast is drop-off?
Drop off at our Flower Mound shop before noon and your knives are usually ready the same day.
