Grapevine restaurants and hotel kitchens

Friday matters in Grapevine. Main Street fills up, the hotels fill up, and a dull knife on Friday afternoon is a problem that lasts all weekend. That's why we come Friday: every blade sharpened at your back door before the weekend rush.

We work with hotel and banquet kitchens as well as independents, so big knife counts and multiple kitchens under one roof are normal for us. Meat slicer blades are $75.

New-customer route prices, per visit. Knife swap and multi-location groups are quoted.

Want zero downtime? Knife swap drops a sharp set and takes the dull one, so nobody waits on us at all.
