Monday is a good day to start a week with sharp knives, which is roughly the whole idea. We pull up at your back door, sharpen every blade on the line and hand them back before service. Nothing ships anywhere and nothing goes missing.
Meat slicer blades are $75 and get done on the same stop. So do your gloves, trash liners, foil, film and smallwares, on one invoice.

The Colony home cooks
We're 15 minutes from our Flower Mound shop, so you have two easy options:
- Drop off at 2809 Justin Rd, Unit A/B, Flower Mound, TX 75028 for $8 a knife. In before noon, usually ready the same day.
- At-home visit for $35 plus $8 a knife, on our next Monday run.

What day are you in The Colony?
Mondays. Tell us if another day works better for your kitchen and we'll see what the route can do.
How much is restaurant knife sharpening?
Route service starts at $45 a visit for 10 knives, plus a $5 fuel charge. Bigger counts and knife swap are quoted.
Do you sharpen serrated knives?
Yes, serrated knives ground on one side, which covers most bread knives. We don't sharpen serrations ground on both sides. More on serrated knives.
Can I just drop knives off instead?
Yes. Our shop is at 2809 Justin Rd, Unit A/B, Flower Mound, TX 75028, Monday to Friday 7 AM to 4 PM, $8 a knife.
