Mesquite restaurants and kitchens
Tuesday is our Mesquite day. We pull up at the back door, sharpen your whole line on the truck and hand the knives back the same visit. Nobody packs a box, nobody drives anywhere, nobody waits a week.
Mesquite kitchens cut a lot of protein. Steak houses, barbecue, taquerias and the big catering kitchens near Town East all run knives hard, and a worn edge costs you yield on every portion. A weekly edge is cheaper than the meat you lose to a dull one.
Meat slicer blades are $75 and we sharpen them on site too, so the deli slicer stops shredding turkey.

Mesquite home cooks
We come to the house too. An at-home visit is $35 for the trip plus $8 a knife, sharpened in your driveway while you watch. Kitchen shears and household scissors can ride along.
Prefer to drop them off? Our shop is at 2809 Justin Rd, Unit A/B, Flower Mound, TX 75028, open Monday through Friday, 7 to 4. Knives in before noon are usually ready the same day at $8 each.
